As soon as the pressure is lifted i.e. when someone moves off the seat, an alarm will sound on the main Lifemax alarm base. This Lifemax Premium Square Sensor Mat is particularly helpful for people with limited mobility or who are living with long-term health conditions, such as dementia or Alzheimer's, and may be more prone to wandering. The alarm lets your loved ones, or carers know that you're no longer in your chair, so they can come to assist you.
