Use a flexible tape measure around the midpoint of your upper arm between your shoulder and elbow. Compare your measurement to the size chart above. If your arm falls on a size boundary, choose the larger cuff. Which cuff size fits most adults? The Medium cuff, UA-280 or UA-280A, fitting 9.4 to 14.2 inches, fits the majority of adult arms and is the most commonly ordered replacement size. What is the difference between UA-279, UA-280, UA-280A, UA-281, UA-281A, UA-282, and UA-282A? The number identifies the size. The “A” suffix identifies the ISO connector version. ISO cuffs include both connector styles in the package for broader compatibility with compatible LifeSource monitors. What if my monitor uses UA289A, UA290A, UA291A, or UA-420A cuffs? If your monitor uses UA289A, UA290A, or UA291A, use the Slim Fit Replacement Cuff page. If it uses UA-420A, use the Wide Range cuff page. Is the XL cuff compatible with all LifeSource monitors?
