Check out the LightRanger 1200 Or LightRanger 2000 Operating Instructions: Loosen the circular locking nut at the top of the legs At the bottom of the tripod, pull 1 leg free from the other two legs (there is a snap feature to keep the legs together while stored) Push the middle pole up and extend the tripod legs to desired width and tighten the circular locking nut.
