Set your iron to the cotton setting with no steam. Place the rough adhesive side against the wrong side of your fabric. Cover with a lightweight pressing cloth. Press firmly for approximately 15 seconds without moving the iron. Allow the fabric to cool completely before handling. If necessary, press again for an additional 5 seconds.
