A SOFT PASTEL LIGHT PURPLE Fabric: Bullet Liverpool fabric is a knit fabric with a unique blend of polyester and spandex that combines a riveted "bullet" texture on one side with a smooth durable texture on the reverse side. This beautiful skirt is lined with an extra layer of fabric. This is to ensure that the skirt is not see through and so that there is no panty line seen. We offer two types of waist. Elastic (standard) our elastic is 1 inch thick and stretches a ton. The elastic band is covered with the skirts fabric so it is not seen. flat fabric: this band is normally used for maternity skirts. It has Much more comfort since it it not thick like elastic. If elastic hurts you this is a better choice. Each skirt is hand cut and made, please give us 5-10 business day to ship your order.
