We use Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, and Asafoetida, layered with the smoky sweetness of Roasted Fennel Seeds, Cumin, and Fenugreek. Finished with a hit of Black Pepper and Chilli Powder, it’s a complex, multi-dimensional pickle that evolves on the palate.
