Commercial Road Lock is Lock 12 on the Regent's Canal and this landscape format (horizontal) black and white print shows the lock viewed from under the railway bridge. This lock allows the passage of boats from the canal itself into what was originally known as Regent's Canal Dock but is now called Limehouse Basin.
