Crafted from fruits and spices including juniper, coriander seeds, mango, tamarind, sandalwood, and lemon myrtle and combined with the region’s monsoonal rains. Best enjoyed on warm evenings by the ocean. ROEBUCK BAY BITTERS Our Bitters is crafted from over twenty botanicals and spices, with saltbush providing the quintessential bittersweet taste. In perfecting our bitters, we use where possible, locally sourced native and West Australian botanicals. Moontide Distillery's low alcohol lemon, lime and Roebuck Bay Bitters is refreshingly different but classic.
