This new ScratchSleeves design comes as two separate parts to make it easy for carers to put on wearers with limited mobility. Our two part ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place while still being quick and easy to put on. Perfect for carers, particularly in cases when the wearer has dementia or has had a stroke, resulting in limited mobility. Especially good for elderly wearers. Velcro tabs on the shoulders and back help hold the ScratchSleeves securely in place. 100% natural silk mitts protect delicate skin from even the most vigorous skin-picking and scratching while the loose fitting and 100% stretch cotton sleeves ensure you stay cool and comfortable. ScratchSleeves can be used day or night and can be worn over or under regular clothing. Designed to minimise the damage done from skin-picking and scratching. Machine washable at 40 degrees using non-biological detergent. Can be tumble-dried. Sleeves should be connected with all tabs before washing. We advise ordering based on wingspan measurement, please use our size chart to help select the correct size. Please note that these ScratchSleeves have sewn in mitts that cannot be opened. This is a new design and we currently only stock a small batch of each size. There is opportunity for these to be developed further, so we would greatly appreciate any feedback of these in use.
