LIMITED RELEASE: APSLEY COLLAB SINGLE MALT WHISKY Our first ever Limited Release, the Apsley Collab, is a collaboration with the esteemed winemaker Brian Franklin from Apsley Gorge Vineyard in Tasmania to create a Waubs Harbour limited release single malt whisky. Made, matured & bottled at Waubs Harbour Distillery on the east coast of Tasmania, just metres from the ocean and covered in salty air. The Aspley Collab was made firstly using ex-Apera Sherry casks, drawing out spiced apple and creamy fruits, and finished in Apsley Gorge Vineyard ex-Pinot Noir casks, bringing notes of raspberry, blackberry and an oak complexity.
