Limoncello, made in-house in Ballarat the traditional way. Fresh hand-peeled lemons, zest only, are slowly steeped in spirit, then blended with a light sugar syrup and rested befor e bottling. The result is bright, zesty and clean with a smooth citrus finish. Serve straight from the freezer as a digestif, over ice with a splash of soda, or pour over vanilla gelato. Show more
