Sandy Gray Limoncello is made from organic, locally grown lemons. They are zested and soaked in alcohol on the day that they are harvested. We only use the minimum amount of sugar just to balance the bitterness. It is certainly not as sweet as most Limoncellos on the market. This product may have a lemon oil deposits around the top of the bottle. This is consistent with a full flavoured, high quality, family-made Limoncello.
