A classic Belgian fruit lambic from Brouwerij Lindemans, made by blending traditional spontaneously fermented lambic with raspberry juice and then refermenting it to create its sig nature fruit character. It pours a vivid deep pink to ruby-red, often with a light pink foam head, and immediately jumps out with intense raspberry aroma and flavour. On the palate it’s soft, lightly sparkling and very fruity, showing sweet raspberry jam, red berry brightness and a gentle tart lambic acidity underneath. The finish is typically lightly sour, refreshing and clean, rather than bitter or heavy. Show more
