A classic Belgian peach lambic from Brouwerij Lindemans, first released in 1987, made by blending traditional lambic beer with a generous addition of peach juice. It’s one of the b rewery’s most iconic fruit beers and a benchmark for the style. In the glass it pours a bright golden, slightly hazy colour, with an aroma that jumps straight to ripe peach, stone fruit sweetness and soft floral notes. The palate is light, fruity and gently sparkling, combining juicy peach sweetness with a mild lambic tartness underneath, giving it a balance that leans more refreshing and soft than sharply sour.
