Packaged in the distinctive Lindores bottle and livery with colour specific base labels these bottlings are bottled at the distillery without chill filtration and at our Lindores b ottling strength of 49.4%. The third “Casks of Lindores” bottling completes the set, and was matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Nose: Mellow fruity prunes, dates, molasses, touches of vanilla and milk chocolate. Palate: Subtle dried fruits, molasses, and dark chocolate, along with hints of cinnamon and ginger, provide a nutty profile reminiscent of walnuts and chestnuts. Finish: Medium to long.
