This is a rich, full Chardonnay that retains its brightness and energy. Fresh juicy grapefruit and lemon pith give way to rich, ripe spiced quince and pear with a mineral acidity r unning alongside. The fruit for this wine was selected with a focus on freshness. It was then labour-intensively fermented and aged in oak barrels to enhance the richness and left on the lees to lend a lick of cream.
