Since it's creation in 2021, Berry Gin has been released each year as our Seasonal release in spring. This beautiful unsweetened pink gin combines juniper, coriander, angelica and orris with meadowsweet, orange and fresh local blackcurrants. But we’ve run out of blackcurrants until they are picked later in the summer so for batch 7 we have used fresh strawberries, raspberries and brambles. The only thing added post-distillation is concentrated blackcurrant juice to add colour. Show more
