2020 Vintage. Limited stock remain of this super sassy, citrus-driven specimen. From the first planting of Arinto in Victoria, this iconic Spanish white variety gets given a chance to show off in style. Picked super-early and whole-cluster pressed, we sequentially micro-inoculated this wine using her own native yeasts over the course of a month, giving us the opportunity to show off her aromatic intensity draped over a taut frame. Settled and bottled unfiltered, this reinvents the focus of cold white wines from a warm region. We are pretty proud of this gal. Show more
