Her method utilizes alcohol, heat, and water to extrac t all the beneficial constituents from Lion's Mane. A mushroom supplement should be heated in order to release all the beneficial polysaccharides. This elixir contains alcohol, reverse osmosis water, raw honey, and non-GMO, food-grade, palm-derived glycerin. The reverse osmosis water is "hungry" and seeks out minerals, pulling beneficial goodness from the mushrooms. The honey adds a touch of sweetness and medicinal qualities, and the small amount of glycerin helps to suspend Lion’s Mane so each dose is a balanced one.
