Rose Geranium is used in aromatherapy to reduce nervousness and tension, and is known to support the overall health of your skin. HEADS (NOSES) UP: Some find the smell of Alkanet Root to be too earthy for their tastes—Alkanet has a flave akin to Valerian root. Give Ruby Red a try for a similar hue, but with a citrusy scent!
