How to mold your Liproguard Heat water to 140–160°F. Do not boil or heat above 160°F. Use a spoon to submerge one square until it becomes clear and pliable. Remove carefully and allow it to cool until comfortable to handle. Never place uncomfortably hot material in your mouth. Mold loosely over your lower teeth, pressing the material thinly for a comfortable fit. Allow the guard to cool and firm up in place, then carefully remove it.
