Crafted in small batches of just 750 bottles and distilled in a traditional copper pot still using a single shot method, this gin brings together classic botanicals with a distinctive vineyard influence. At its heart lies Solaris grape distillate, a nod to our estate grown variety, layered with juniper, coriander seed and angelica root, alongside aromatic herbs including salad burnet, marjoram and lemon thyme. Produced at 40 percent ABV using UK wheat spirit and purified water, Liquid Silver Gin is clear in colour, contains no added sugar and is suitable for vegans.
