FUNDRAISING FOR HAND-OFFSET LITHOGRAPHY PRESS We need your help to improve our lithography facilities. As many of you will be aware Leicester Print Workshop has over the last 15 years gradually gained international recognition for its lithography expertise and we are now keen to improve our facilities. With this in mind we are very excited to learn that one of these sought after small hand-offset presses has come up for sale. If we can raise sufficient funds this will be a wonderful piece of machinery for the workshop to have as a resource, both for our lithographers working with photo-lithography, and for anyone who loves to work with monoprint. But we need your help to raise the money. The press will cost £2500 and we will need to match that for the cost of specialist engineers to move it from Somerset to Leicester and set it up. Our RIBA award-winning building is situated in Leicester City Centre's Cultural Quarter and is home to a large, well equipped open access Printmaking Studio.We have over 30 years’ experience of teaching people printmaking.
