Tutor Serena Smith This course is a taster introduction to the basics of stone lithography - it is also a good starting point for those who have experience of drawing and printing their own lithographs, and want to refresh their knowledge. Working collaboratively over the two consecutive Saturdays, participants will prepare, draw and print lithographs from stone. About the Tutor Serena Smith is an artist and printmaker based in Leicester. Following study in fine art she trained as a lithographer and worked as a collaborative studio printer at the Curwen Studio; her work now includes a range of educational, technical and collaborative projects alongside her own studio practice. Serena is Studio Worker and Lithography technician at Leicester Print Workshop. Her own work is regularly exhibited both locally and further afield. Course structure To follow soon
