This piece has a beautiful shape and flare at the one end, with a stunning inclusion that provides an amazing natural flamed and feather grain pattern throughout the piece. Any imperfections and knots have been filled with clear epoxy as not to take away from the natural colors found in this maple slab. This pieces was designed with a custom live edge black walnut base to fit and provide a unique one of a kind look, inspired by George Nakashima. The piece is also finished with an all natural non-toxic hard wax oil to provide a natural yet durable surface.
