10 Pond Snails (Lymnaea stagnalis) No habitat or food provided. Snails eat lettuce leaves, pond and aquatic plants. You will need to provide calcium for their shells - cuttlefish o r eggshells are easiest. Housing - you will need a large glass-sided container or aquarium. Can be temporarily housed or observed using the Observation House. Suitable for release into a garden pond.
