Suggested use: Loose leaf: Steep one teaspoon (approx. 1.5g) in two cups of boiled water for approximately seven minutes. Re-steep for full extraction. Large batch: Pour 1/3 of the jar (approx. 23g) into a pot containing one gallon of water. Keep on low heat for 30-45 minutes. Do not simmer or boil. Re-heat (with or without herbs in pot) and drink it warm for full benefit.
