Living the Alignment is a 4 week group journey focused on creating space for you to remember, embrace, and embody your own unique alignment. We've come to discover that true alignm ent can only be attained if you're embodied with three things -- surrender, presence, and gratitude. When you have all three of these, you're in alignment... when one starts to slip, you start to feel disconnected and out of place. Alignment is a quiet, felt connection with all that is -- it comes from within you. It is a clear connection with the rhythm of your heart and soul, the heart and soul of the Universe, and life itself. With gentle guidance, grounded spiritual knowledge, and embodied practices, we help you discover what alignment is to you in a way that is authentic, steady and uniquely yours.
