They’re ideal for beginners learning proper movement patt erns as well as experienced athletes looking to progressively stack weight. Each meel includes a 12-inch heavy-duty stainless steel loading sleeve and a continuous solid hardwood handle, for a total length of 32 inches. Compatible with most Olympic-style weight plates (2" center opening). For best performance, we recommend York cast iron plates, as plates with a smaller outside diameter work best.
