Loaded Gunpowder is not subtle. This jerky hits hard with salt, cracked pepper, and deep smoke - the kind of flavour that announces itself the second you open the bag. It’s bold without sugar, sharp without chilli, and unapologetically savoury. Our unique Redgum charcoal coating brings a gritty, smokey edge that clings to the beef as you chew, releasing layer after layer of flavour. It’s intense, primal, and completely different to anything else in the range. This one’s for people who like their jerky very salty, very peppery and smokey. THE CHIEF’S BEEF JERKY RECIPE Loaded Gunpowder Beef Jerky is built from just four premium ingredients: Australian grass-fed beef Himalayan rock salt Cambodian Kampot black pepper Activated, cold-smoked redgum charcoal We start heavy on the Himalayan rock salt - this is a salty jerky by design. The Kampot black pepper brings a distinctive bite with aromatic depth you don’t get from standard peppercorns. The final hit comes from our signature charcoal. We turn Australian river redgum into charcoal, activate it, then cold smoke it over redgum and cherry wood. That process infuses the charcoal with deep smoke before it ever touches the beef. The result is a jerky that’s gritty, smokey, and loaded with character. Part of our Gluten Free Beef Jerky range. Carnivore friendly. FODMAP friendly.
