Grapes: 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli Production: Harvested late (mid-November to December 8th) when grapes develop Noble Rot. Fermented in small oak barriques for three years wit h meticulous filtrations, resulting in a sweet wine with a balanced palate. Gastronomic Pairings: Pairs well with goose liver, blue cheeses, pastries, hazelnut cake, and zabaione. Serving Suggestions: Serve at 10-12°C in crystal goblets. Show more
