Lobelia has been used to support respiratory health and as a natural relaxant.* Lobelia inflata is a perennial herb characterized by its tall, spiky clusters of bright blue, violet , or white flowers and lobed, toothed leaves. It typically grows in moist, shady environments such as woodlands, prairies, and along stream banks across North America. Lobelia contains alkaloids, notably lobeline, which has historically been employed in smoking cessation products. Show more
