US retail customers that need warranty service must contact Lobster Sports to receive authorization to ship the warranty product back to the factory. The customer must cover the inbound shipping costs to the factory. Lobster Sports will fix all products under warranty free of charge and will ship the product back to US domestic customers free of charge. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All international retail customers must contact their local Lobster Dealer for all warranty service. Repair (non-Warranty) Lobster Sports provides repair service on all machines provided they are not older than 7 years. This is due to changes in product design and compatibility on parts that are no longer available.
