Congratulations to Ayrshire distillery Lochlea - the producer is celebrating its fifth anniversary! To mark the occasion it’s released its very first age-statement expression: Loch lea 5 Year Old. It’s a vatting of five different casks - including two ex-bourbon barrels filled during the distillery’s first production week! The other three casks are first-fill Oloroso sherry, a double matured Oloroso sherry, and a double matured Pedro Ximenez sherry.
