This collar features a black inner layer of real leather, with an outer layer of brown leather. A small O-Ring mounted to a swivel post at the front of the collar serves as a convenient attachment point for a leash or ID tag. It will adjust from roughly 14 inches in circumference up to 18 inches in circumference.
