Crestron Home Entity Model Platform Driver for the control of smart deadbolt and lever locks utilizing the Crestron Home native Access/Locks user interface. The Z-Wave/Zigbee LOCKS driver runs on a Crestron Home processor and utilizes a Hubitat Elevation C-7, C-8, or C-8 Pro automation hub to provide a gateway for Z-Wave and Zigbee locks. When compared with Wi-Fi and Zigbee locks, Z-Wave locks have a more reliable connection, better security, and longer battery life. Locks controlled by this driver include Z-Wave locks manufactured by Yale, Kwikset, Schlage, August, Emtek, Salto Danalock, and Ultraloq. Other Zigbee and Z-Wave enabled locks are also supported.
