Meanwhile, places like Pulaski, and EMB fortunately for all of us continue to flourish seeing new generations of kids progress on these sacred blocks. We have even seen the spirit of new old spots, or plazas which the finest have come to refer to them as, take shape, as in the case with Philadelphia's Municipal building. Each of these places embodies this combination of both a team, and the arena, or stadium to which their talent is displayed thru.
