This is an evolving blend that matches the seasons and availability. It's lighter roast than traditional espressos, but the Brazilian component is more nutty than floral. This give s the coffee the nuances of a darker roast while maintaining the origin character. This is important for espresso, but it also lends itself to other brew methods as drip coffee or other manual technique.
