Logic Probe 16 v2.2 16-channel logic-analyzer probe for Rigol MSO5000 series oscilloscopes. It converts 16 single-ended digital signals (D0–D15) to LVDS pairs over the 50-pin connector on the scope. The MSO5000 then sees a full digital-channel set with protocol decoding for SPI, I²C, UART, RS-232, and parallel buses. There is nothing to configure. Plug it in and connect your signals. The scope sees 16 digital channels. Specifications Channels: 16 (D0–D15), single-ended Input voltage: 0–5 V (3.3 V and 5 V logic compatible) Threshold: ~1.4 V fixed (non-adjustable) Driver: TI SN65LVDS1 ×16 Power: +4 V from scope, no external supply needed PCB: 2-layer, ~60×80 mm Connector: 50-pin to scope, 2×8 (or equivalent) probe-side For engineers using Rigol MSO5000 Designed for embedded-systems work where you already own a Rigol MSO5000 and need simultaneous analog + digital capture with protocol decoding. Common uses: Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and FPGA bring-up.
