Blended barrel-aged imperial stout When two local powerhouses come together, there’s only one thing to do: brew and barrel-age a big imperial stout together. We worked with our fri ends and neighbors at Bottle Logic Brewing to craft this blended barrel-aged imperial stout before aging it in Elijah Craig 12 year bourbon barrels, Graton and Rittenhouse rye barrels, and port barrels then blending to taste.
