The process: Once you have placed your order, please email your artwork in a vector format - as an .eps or .ai file to [email protected] with any artwork instructions. A vector file is usually supplied by the designer who created the logo and is typically provided as an EPS, AI, or vector PDF. Unfortunately, a vector file cannot be accurately created from a JPG, PNG, or screenshot, as auto-tracing often results in poor-quality artwork. If you're unsure, simply send us the files you have, and we'll be happy to check if they're suitable. We will email you back a proof of your design for your approval before we proceed to make your custom mat. Please note, we limit the number of free proofs to 2. We recommend keeping your mat undercover and away from regular and direct rain. Saturation can cause the natural tannins of the fibres to change colour.
