Furtado Farms Oak Cookwood Logs are perfect for offset smokers, barrel smokers, charcoal and wood grills, as well as pizza ovens. Oak Logs produce a medium smoke flavour that’s str onger than fruit woods, but milder than hickory and mesquite. Great on any cut of beef. Perfect for anyone trying to replicate that Southern BBQ flavour! Since logs are 12” long, they are best suited for the larger smokers. Our Cookwood Logs are: 100% natural.
