Loimer Extra Brut Reserve from Langenlois, Thermenregion, Austria is a superb White sparkling wine, crafted dry. This organic and biodynamic blend of Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, St Laure nt, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Grigio undergoes whole bunch pressing and indigenous yeast fermentation, followed by 18 months ageing on lees in bottle. It offers inviting aromas of green apple, lemon cake, brioche, and dried dates. The bone-dry palate is vibrant with citrus peel and toasty notes, animated by subtle minerality and refreshingly crisp acidity.
