A beautiful refreshing Cava from the granite Atlantic coast of Galicia in North West Spain. Made in the same way as Champagne, with a second fermentation in bottle, but instead of using Pinot Noir with Chardonnay Cava traditionally uses the Spanish native variety Parellada blended with the Chardonnay.
