Our Firebird® pickup may look like a mini-humbucker without poles, but it’s truly its own thing! The unique Firebird® is designed to sound closer to a fat single-coil than a full-s ize humbucker. Compared with a mini-humbucker, it features a brighter overall sound and a bass response that remains tight and defined noticeably longer. It also gives you less snarl and more spank. NOTE: Using one of our Soapbar/LP Deluxe mounting rings, our Firebird pickups can also be installed as direct drop-in replacements for guitars with standard P-90 soapbar routs. Show more
