Crafted in collaboration with Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, this special release gin begins its journey with repurposed eucalyptus leaves from the sanctuary's plantations. Each leaf c ontributes a bold, aromatic foundation, complemented with carefully chosen Australian botanicals. Lemon myrtle brings a distinct, fresh zest, setting a vibrant tone. Cinnamon myrtle offers a subtle, sweet spice, a unique twist on traditional flavours. Lavender adds a soft floral touch, providing a calming contrast, while wattleseed introduces a depth with its chocolate and coffee notes, finishing the blend with a rich, smooth texture. 5% of all proceeds will be donated to registered wildlife charities and research groups focused on koala studies and wildlife conservation, ensuring the protection of these beloved animals and their habitats.
