This wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes which were harvested March last year, a few weeks later than normal due to the inclement weather conditions which delayed the ripening. Th e grapes were hand selected to ensure that only those of optimum ripeness and quality were pressed, then fermentation took place in stainless steel. Before bottling, the wine was stored in French oak, which helped soften the wine and develop its character. Show more
