Sichuan dried long chillies are the fieriest Sichuan chillies, this huge bag of chillies is the key to the perfect hot pot. They are usually combined with Sichuan pepper for an int ense flavour sensation. The chillies are also great for infusing chilli oil. This huge bag of long chillies is produced in the Sichuan town of Chengdu, a town famed for the chilli rich red hue of its cuisine. These long chillies are dried xiaomi chilli or capsicum frutescens.
