Long Red Florence is an heirloom red onion originating from the Tuscany region of Italy. Known locally by many names including Rouge de Florence, Rossa Lunga Di Firenze, and Rossa di Toscana, this red, torpedo-shaped onion is traditionally used as a fresh onion for cooking, roasting, and grilling.
