☕+ 🍫 LONDEVITY® Protocol : our best attempt to Slow Down Aging (daily coffee+chocolate
⭐ We spent a year choosing the right ingredients at the right dose After our initial formulation in Summer 2025, that already results from 25 years of longevity science, we deep di ved in every supplement and nutritional aspects to fine tune the mix, month after month, to the best nutritional mix that at least we know of. This, is the science part. 🍫 It fits in a daily coffee and a daily chocolate (and can either fit in 4 chocolates per day) This is far from trivial - mushroom chocolates and the like on the market typically have 10% of high value nutrition, we have more than 50%. We initially had to make major trade-offs to not fit in 12 bites a day, it was very hard in consistency, tasted like powder. We made it. Going from capsule and tablets to one delicious coffee and chocolate is what permits routine. Essentially, we put all that we can in coffee (a "coffee" sachet is 14% black coffee, the rest is some longevity mix) and the rest (things that would be degraded in coffee like vitamins or that float or sink in coffee or weardly change the coffee taste) just fits in one chocolate. Alternatively 4 chocolates a day works too - see the corresponding page for that.🧬 4 provisional patents now cover Londevity products What we propose is the result of hard work, not an idea overnight (in fact, it started with trying to make a longevity cake in 2009) ⚡ What is inside? "Simple" :) : ⭐ 1. the good old basicsBecause ...they remain true and tend to be forgotten these days 1 g potassium per day (citrate form) - because we don't necessarily eat 5 fruits and vegetables per day (we should!). This is about a third of daily needs, but we think that if you are here, your nutrition is not that inadequate. It has a sort of salty taste that some may perceive in the chocolates but no we don't salt. 500 mg magnesium per day (bisglycinate, for a good absorption and to bring additional glycine) - for the nerves and many functions 250 mg choline per day - if you didn't know that we tend to lack choline, ...it is because hype and novelty have overwritten the basics. Largely present in eggs, but the physiological levels for the body are high and we don't take that many eggs (our ancestors probably used to take a lot more eggs) Calcium - more than in your glass of milk, and without the sugar (yes, lactose is sugar) Vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D3, E, K. Roughly the recommended daily doses. Among them, A is the only one that shouldn't be supplemented many times. The list could have been expanded, but it didn't seem to make sense to us when deficiencies seem really rare Omega 3s. Western food doesn't bring enough ⭐ 2. Trendy ingredients that are quite solid 3 g Creatine. Yes, the scientific literature converges that it increases your initial peak of energy by a few seconds. Mechanism: the body already produced creatine, but we can boost it a bit. When the mitochondria makes ATP (= celle energy), it converts this creatine to something call phosphocreatine, that bath in the cytosol, ready to make fast ATP when needed. We are charging batteries, of muscles and neuros notably (that can then be emptied in a few more seconds), which helps strength and mental support 4 g of Chia & Flax seeds. Yes, literature converges that chia seeds make a sticky paste in the intestines that deliver omega 3s, flax seeds delivers them more in the stomac, it lowers inflammation and both make you feel well and not so eager to eat soon after a meal. 3 g Leucine. Older adults don't have less leucine than older adults but they do tend to lack muscles. Also, we tend to sit in front of a computer instead of having a physically demanding activities. This is why this peaks of leucine helps build muscle ...during exercise. So ideally you should do some exercise before or after taking chocolate. Mechanistically, leucine stimulates mTOR so it asks questions on the daily patterns and excess doses; so we limited leucine to a minimal dose for muscle growth help. Fruiting-Body of 7 Mushrooms. The famous ones: Lion's Mane, Shiitake, Cordyceps, Maitake, Chaga, Reishi, Tremella. Yes, the scientific literature establishes many mild but real benefits. By "stealing" the beta-glucans of their mushroom we notably acquire part of their immunity against microbes in the wild. New benefits are regularly described. Though probably our ancestors used to eat mushrooms regularly - easier than hunting. ⭐ 3. Surprisingly less known - though it depends on circles 2.8 g Glycine + 1 g Cysteine : two amino acids that are the fuel for the liver to produce glutathione, the main antioxidants of the body by very far - better give the fuel rather and antioxidants, because the body knows when to fire glutathione and by how much; and will otherwise empty the body reserves of fuel. The confidence on glycine is very strong. Our ancestors (and even grandparents) used to eat cerebellum and liver where it is in higher proportion (it serves there!) but ..we don't. We tend to lack these two amino acids in our second half of live, especially in case of chronic disease. One lab (reputable but one lab so far only, so this is less solid) has spent decades on observing the numerous benefits of restoring levels of glycine and cysteine: better sleep, mood, physical strength, immune system notably. If we lack them at the first place, it makes sense. Cacaco flavanols, and other polyphenols from red fruits (pomegranate extract, acai berry extract, bilberry extract also known as wild blueberry). And.. dark chocolate! While theobromine in their dark chocolate may explain the long life of the 3 longest lived persons in the world, polyphenols are a more direct explanation. Of course chocolate has other benefits, with its fat actually smoothing the sugar spike in the body (that fatigues the pancreas and may lead to diabetes, and also damages small vessels). And of course it might be a coincidence that many longest lived persons are strong chocolate eaters. 0.5 g Cinnamon. As it also helps glucose management .⭐ What is not there? Yes we answer that question too :) Coffee, caffeine and theanine: it was tempting but not great to sleep if taken in the second half of the day. If you already take coffee or tea, consider our daily coffee+chocolate instead of these 4 daily chocolates. AKG, lithium orotate and other things that would not be considered as food. We really wanted to limit ourselves to food, because when we put many ingredients (that come from what seems right, as simply as that) it would raise eyebrows with novel products - and you would be right. We try to take most solid low-hanging fruits for longevity, within the food domain, and make it an appetizing routine. A sort of longevity gene-inserting virus .. where the virus part is replaced by great taste (for the routine), and gene-insertion is replaced by something like precise advanced nutrition (for the safe part). The maximum we are able to do within the maximally safe zone. We hope to contribute to major more innovative advances, but this is a good first step for us.
